Tybah`s Kabab in Oshawa

Been to this restaurant and multiple occasions. I find the food to be amazing and the people servicing to be very generous on the portions.They are always very appreciative of my business and treat us as such.Good food. Good people Great hours... Open sometimes when I'm done work at 11pm!!!Highly recommended this place and the food is awesome.

This was recommended through a friend, I went and checked it out last night. Trust me it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend this place. Very clean restaurant food was super fresh and hot. Portion size is amazing. The staff is so friendly and make you feel at home. If you haven’t been here your miss out in this gem in Oshawa. Way to go guys keep up the hard work I will be back hands down!!

If you know real shawarma then you would not go anywhere else! Thats the best place in town!

It was an average Kebab. Nothing fancy. The hot sauce was not hot at all and needed more flavor.

Amal is the best! She always makes me feel so welcome and makes the most delicious food! The sauces here are delicious and the spicy sauce is more of a burst of flavor than make you sweat. The tybah kabob with homemade pita is definetly with it if you want tasty authentic food!! Best pita I town 👍

Great place Close to home for me. Will be going back 100% the food was unbelievable not a bad price. The portion was huge!!!!! Love that part. Hate going somewhere and leaving hungry. I recommend this place for sure it's a must

Delicious shawarma stop for freshly made products that all have amazingly bold flavour. This is topped off with their unique homemade garlic, hot, and tzatziki sauces. The chicken shawarma plate fully satisfied my craving.

This place is usually the best place to get shawarma in my opinion in Durham region and I been coming here for years. I always get a sandwich with home style bread. I have noticed that when ever a guy is making my sandwich, its always nice and warm well cooked. Once in a while there is a lady that works and when ever she makes my sandwich, its always made in hurry, uses the meat that is laying in the tray below which is usually very dry and she don't leave my sandwich on grill long enough for it to warm up. I usually eat it few minutes later and by that time when lady makes it, sandwich is cold and chewy and beef feels like rubber. When a guy makes it, it taste very good. I don't like to complain about food to my server but from now on if I see the lady working I will just walk out.

Not great, got a few things to try. I ordered the kabob meal, was shocked when I opened it and sauce was everywhere! Second thing I noticed was that you got a tonne of rice but very few potatoes and the worst part was the meat. I was expecting cubes of meat because i ordered kabobs and the picture showed two kabobs on a stick but instead I got like 5 super thin small slices of meat that were so tough they resembled jerky. I actually called because I thought I got the wrong order, they told me "thats how they make their kabobs now".... the sauces and dips were good, veggie samosa was good, falafal was ok dessert was ok. Overall it was OK, just dont get beef kabobs

Felafel was dry and a bit tasteless shawarma was cool Beef was dry but chicken was OK

Great place to have some tasty shawarma! Definitely would go back here when I’m in the area. Fairly priced as their portions are good enough for two people. I wish they expanded their business to more cities in the Durham region like Pickering, Ajax, and Whitby.

Fantastic. Fresh vegetables, quality meat, great garlic, great hot sauce and fair portions. Appears that they take pride in there product and strive to keep the customer satisfied. Winner winner shawarma dinner.

Tybahs was a delightful find on a visit to Oshawa. Great Shawarma, Falafel and an amazing homemade house named flat bread. Thanks to the other Google posters who's positive reviews had me try the place.

The BEST place for Shawarma I've ever had the pleasure of trying. I am picky about my shawarma and Tybahs makes it unbelievably delicious each and every time!! Not to mention the customer service is above and beyond. I constantly bring friends and family to experience Tybahs food and good energy! The best chicken shawarma that myself and my husband have ever had. The ingredients were so fresh and healthy tasting. And the staff were so friendly and funny. 10/10 would eat there daily if given the option. Amazing!

Their shawarma sandwiches with tybahs bread is great. I always get the double beef and every bite is juicy. Their pita chips add that crispness which makes every bite even more perfect. Great family restaurant

Absolutely horrible experience. The worst Halal restaurant in Oshawa. I ordered a shawarma combo, picture shows , beef and chicken, with salad and hummus and Garlic sauce. What I got was a big styrofoam container filled with old end of the night hard rice, and dry meat, with a pita slung.across the top. And of course they won't answer the phone, so I'll be sure to show up on person when they open in the morning and throw the disgusting mess on the counter for them to look at.

Best shawarma and Kebab in Oshawa!! Owner operator takes good care of the customers. If you are not sure of something he will offer a sample to taste. Awesome customer service. Always go with the homemade bread, its best as a wrap. Try Baklava for dessert.

I don’t give out 5 stars often for shawarma and this place would gotten it if the portion sizes were a bit larger. The rice was seasoned and well-made, the chicken was really good and the hot sauce is a subtle tangy flavour that compliments the whole meal. Will definitely come again next time I’m in the area!

Better than Osmows or other “fast food” Mediterranean cuisine chains. The proportions are great! The garlic sauce doesn’t feel Mayo based, and the hummus is not grainy at all! Highly recommend!

Ordered the combo plate and the kebab dinner with extra beef for delivery. The food was room temperature and dry. All day i have been sick to my stomach. Will not be going back.

She wants to assume my husband as my brother lol. Is nice to everyone but me lol! I was ordering and she made my husbands food first. Never going back and her apron touches the food. I gave her three chances and unfortunately she was mean every time. Canadians I swear! Btw the falafel and food is great! Just don’t talk to her.

I went in for the first time last night the food was excellent I enjoyed it immensely one thing that I don't appreciate is the prices posted are NOT the prices you pay. I bought the chicken and steak Shawarma posted price 899 when I left they charged me $10.99. I questioned the person on the cash register which was not the owner she said "oh those are the old prices" so when you go to a restaurant you'd like to know what you're paying for but clearly they make up their own prices. I don't appreciate that I won't be back.

A great place to have a shawarma sandwich among other middle eastern dishes. Owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. Never been disappointed with anything that I had from there. I strongly recommend having your sandwich made with their own bread, it's a little more than the regular pita but on my opinion well worth it.

Go and try it now. You will not be disappointed. They make all the food by hand. This is the beef shawarma plate with 2 falafel and the egg vegetable bowls, samosa. I do not use the hot sauce but it's great too. And I always have the give me a ton of garlic sauce and a bit of hummus.you can choose your ratio of everything even rice and potatoes. The staff is very friendly and the woman who makes it idle always willing to talk about the food and give me suggestions of how I can get the same flavors in my own cooking. You cannot find a better restaurant or people. I only wish could eat here more. It's taking me years to find a good shawarma place in Canada and finally I found. I sometimes drive 20minutes each way just for lunch here. It's worth it.
